OUR HISTORY

The Legacy Begins

The MIRFEEL story begins in 2002 in Incheon, South Korea. A hair salon salesman by trade and inventor at heart, we made the transition to perm agents by default, tinering with other related hair care products. In 2004, we teamed up with chemists and developers and formed MIRFEEL Manufacturing Corp in Incheon, producing a limited run of perm lotions, shampoo and other hair care treatments at the height of the Japanese beauty craze. When we brought skin care chemists in our factory R&D a few years later, MIRFEEL started carrying out skincare OEM projects for leading domestic and international companies.

The AOMI®, Non-Alkali Recovery Magic & the Birth of the Modern perm technology

MIRFEEL’s legacy didn’t end there. Now fully immersed in the hair salon industry, we delved deeper into chemicals in perm lotions, eveloping the Cysteine based perm lotion for demanged hair alternative to the Thioglycolic Acid, TGA, strong but difficult to use on damaged hair. In 2004, MIRFEEL named it the NON-Alkali Recovery Magic Telecaster (originally named MS acid perm). The first mass-produced Cystein based perm loton In Korea, AOMI Non-alkali Recovery Magic changed the way regarding how to make heating perm of the damaged hair possible and Praised by the hair salons in Gangnam, Seoul.

The AOMI®, Fresh cell Hair Scalp Shampoo — The world's first groundbreaking hair loss prevention shampoo infused with human stem cell culture extract.

In 2017, MIRFEEL unveiled a shampoo that would set the new standard for anti-hair loss shampoo to come: AOMI Fresh cell Hair Scalp Shampoo. By applying human stem cell culture extract, which was previously known to be diffi cult to incorporate into cosmetics, to shampoo, a new standard was set in the hair loss prevention shampoo market. Utilizing the HOMMING EFFECT—a technology th at allows nutrients to penetrate deep into the scalp without surface loss—the huma nstem cell culture extract, identical to human scalp cells, became an exceptionally effective natural ingredient delivery agent for hair loss prevention. As a result, this innovation not only established a new benchmark in the industry but also achieved a remarkable milestone by being exported to renowned international pharmaceuti cal companies.

The 2010s

At this time, MIRFEEL actively pursued overseas market expansion by securing exclusive dealership agreements for its hair brand in various countries overseas. Additionally, the company exported co-packs to LECLEC in France and mask packs to NL GROUP in Russia, resulting in an annual export revenue exceeding $3 million. Through these efforts, MIRFEEL successfully expanded its brand and OEM/ODM exports to over 30 countries worldwide.

From Inchoen to Gimpo, South Korea

In 2017, MIRFEEL expanded its operations by relocating its factory from Incheon to a larger facility in Gimpo, South Korea. In 2024, the company established its head office in Seoul to meet the growing market demand for large-scale mass production and to stay ahead of South Korea’s rapidly evolving beauty trends.

Entering the 21st century with a focus on technological advancements and global expansion, we continue to set new standards in cosmetics manufacturing. In 2024, weestablished a new headquarters in Seoul to enhance product development and international sales, ensuring greater efficiency and innovation.
